Need a Logo guys!!!

So I need a logo for myself. There should be a skull like one of those in that pic.



It should show its toung like this and wear a Snapback's back. It should have a chain or something that says "BLeX", if possible with the font "whiz bang".

Would be fuckin dope if someone could make that for me. (@walkerwiseman maybe? )
