That's what i was thinking bro, but i feel like it works either way, wether the manager or the artist is in charge because i have some unreleased work for Guordan Banks Ft. Dej Loaf, they loved the artwork, but the song got delayed, for god knows why,and now they don't want to put it out, and now its in the vault i guess....
