It's clearly a different photo from a set of photo's probably a 100 or so from a photo shoot I've seen several photo's from that shoot there just very close but look at his eyes there slightly different.

well just like i did in order to get the black background without cutting wayne out of the image they increased the shadow which in turn increased the light that is shinning on his face
