Can someone help me out with a simple & easy graphic

So I sent a piece of Polyester fabric ( 1meter x 1 meter) to a company that does sublimation. So they can do a sample for me. They are requesting that I send them the design that I want printed on the fabric. So can someone just do like a simple pattern for me so I can send to them. Maybe like a camouflage pattern or something like that idk. Thanks in advance ! Much love to tha lwhq fam
