are these actually official? I know they are early ones but I don't know about their validity. I heard all the SQs were official released as CDs without artwork at shows

My personal opinion is that these are not Official nor are the Collectors Edition ones (Sort of). Obviously these came out first, because the Collectors Edition ones use a picture of a Older Wayne and the pictures of the other Sqad members is from after the break up. No one can confirm whether these are Official or not though. So there's 3 different types.

1. OG [CD-R] Tapes handed out by the group them selves back in the day.

2. The ones taken the OG tracks and putting these labels and covers with them, to give them just some sorta of look and feel.

3. These ones lost there links and original cover arts. Then whoever ran that site promoted on the bottom of the Collectors Edition ones "www.sqad-up.com", either made or got someone to make them and they most have been posted there.
