I'd like pretty much all of the shots of nicki in pink/the straight jacket doing things but not rapping. B/c I want it to look scary/creepy. But its hard to name the shots specifically. Its the ones when she's making faces/acting crazy but not actually moving her mouth. And you can add the one w/luda with the face when she tried to slice him. If you want me to list shots I can come back and do it, but its hard to name them by number vs just saying the ones I want to look out for b/c sometimes its only like half a second. Like for example at 2:24 when she did that thing w/her eyes is really fast but thats what I mean by doing things but not actually moving her mouth. Sorry if its complicated Thank youuuuuuuu.

You can skip to about 2:05 and stop watching after 3:20 lol. And can you make it a littttle bigger than my SnL one? Little taller/little wider.

Okay, I think it's time to pass the torch to someone else.

I don't have the time to do this stuff anymore. I swear I like to do this, but I can't.

so I'mma give y'all a tutorial:

1- Use "Replay Video Capture" to capture the part of the video that you want, in the size (for example 300 x 300) that you want.

2- Then, if necessary, I convert the the video (I use "Any Video Converter") you just captured to .avi cause sometimes other formats dont work well on the next step.

3- Use "Virtual Dub" to make screenshots of the video. Select the part that you want, and then export the image sequence. Choose .png format.

4- Then, use "Faststone photo resizer" to resize the images and convert them into .gif images.

5- Finally, use "unFreez" (just select the photos in the good order and put them in there). This will make the animation.


If it's not clear enough for you, google it.
Also, I think that there all-in-one programs to do it, but I learnt it this way.

The only problem is that some people won't want that tag on there animation like yours (see bottom right corner).

i downloaded the programs, but instead of Replay Video Catcher -cost money- i use RealPlayer and just download the video and then do the rest in VirtualDub. I'll post my first animation in a little bit.
