Taking a second look at it, I think the border is too thick and really takes away from the overall product.

Heres an idea, next time you use borders, keep the top part and the bottom part and delete the left and right side.
There called cinematic borders like the one in my sig. There much better.

Yh the one in your sig is the best version,
Just blur the parts that are at the ends of the effects to get some depth into there
