Its better, the yellow green background could change, maybe sumthin like blue?
And loose the pentooling and the square thingy on the bottom left

its a whole pic so it will be hard to change background without changing lil wayne to but do you now how i can do that without changing lil wayne btw thanks to

Make a new layer. Apply image then press CTRL + U to open a pop up and theres like 3 bars. Go left and right on them to mix colours. Then press ok and get a soft eraser and erase weezy
