c3 is gonna be hard to top but if there is one person to top wayne its wayne. As far as it dropping the day he gets out I highly doubt it. Not because he wants to promo tho I think arguing he needs promo time is bs for the same reson I think the album being done is bs which is because he is in jail tht is the ultimate promo rite there, everyone misses wayne wants to hear his new shit why wouldn't they release it while he was in jail look what tupacs album sales did while he was in jail. Trust me. I didn't even really know him before, neither did anyone I know.
He was big in the hip-hop community, but he's went from a rapstar, to rockstar, to superstar, to now megastar.
