It's not confirmed guys don't get too happy. Though this looks better 36 months of probation is a long fucking time lol and no doubt there'll be plenty of conditions he'll have to follow set by the court.

I still see Wayne getting locked up, 36 months is 3 years and I know Weezy's gonna try smoking or something, and if he failed a drug tests I'm pretty sure that would send him to prison.

He had a different charge in Arizona for drugs. He pleaded gulity, or admitted to it, via a video conference in Rikers Island where he is now. Because he pleaded gulity, he shouldn't have to do any jail time in Arizona.
