A lot of you have obviously never taken a drug test, theres more to it than just having someone piss for you. theres hair tests which require you to shave your head bald for you to pass and Wayne wouldn't do that, theres also blood tests which are much harder to cheat then urine tests. I have 2 theorys, the first is that this is a lie..only because I mean come on what the fuck 3 years off drugs and alcohol for that? Especially since it says alcohol too like that doesnt have to do with anything. And TMZ is a bunch of attention whores so i wouldnt be surprised if this isnt true. If it is then I see Wayne failing and ending up back in jail, but I mean its only 3 months in prison...but I honestly think Wayne would go back in jail for 3 months instead of not smoking or drinking for 3 years

They have a picture of his probation papers, it's legit. And if he fails he would go back a lot longer than 3 months

Didnt they say to finish up his original sentence? It was 11 months and he served 8 so if he fails wouldnt it be 3 more months?
