honestly, we all know that wayne looks up to jay, but its two legends takin subliminal shots at eachother. and thats rap/hip-hop. i wouldnt call it beef, i dont know if i'd go as far as a diss, but definitely some kinda lyrical competition between 2 of the best in the game. until i hear some SERIOUS shit, i think its whatever, one "legend-in-the-making" takin shots at the "legend".

"best rapper alive, since the best rapper retired" etc etc.

i'm not lookin into this too much until i start to hear some serious shit like Nas/Jay, that was pretty serious, but of course we know how that turned out. i think it is what it is, an "heir-to-the-throne" pushin his way closer to "the throne" (no pun intended).
