Why are you mentioning this?
because in one of the songs he mentions how he is about to rage against the machine. one of my favorite songs from them is called bombtrack you should look it up.
music is all about how the listener perceives it. what i hear him say you may not hear it.
what did you think he meant by saying he was about to rage against the machine?
That’s pretty good for a mixtape that didn’t have any marketing behind it like Carter V or IANAHB 2
It didn’t have any marketing ? They tried to promote Kat Food, wich is on here. He performed at the VMAs, had guest spots at sporting events and was a lot more present in the media in general. They had the big rap blogs like Akademiks and NoJumper post multiple times about the project, they also both made a post about how fire the tape was, after his team realised it’s going to flop. They had a Time Square billboard and the songs were also promoted threw playlists.
Under 20k for a new release mixtape, ep or whatever you wanna call it, is not pretty good, it’s really bad for an artist that is as big as Wayne.

What did you think he would do first week? I thought he would be able to do at least 30k. My prediction before hearing it just off seeing track list was 30k-60k. I think a lot of people just didn't like it.
