I don't know, Lollipop was a nationwide phenomenon.. you couldn't turn around without hearing that song. 8 year olds were listening to it, teenagers, adults, EVERYONE. How to Love, in my opinion, is a better song than Lollipop, but its nowhere near as good of a single. How to Love really only attracts two different types of people... women and stans.

A good single reaches ALL audiences.. and How to Love doesn't really do that.
