Nope, cause quality is subjective and depends on the person...but it does reflect who's running shit as far as popularity goes. More people liked the music enough to go and buy the album than just about every other rapper on the planet, and the only thing people who don't like that fact can do is repeatedly spend all day crying about it on the internet
