Who knows? They might have a Lollipop-type song ready to put out. A song like that will push Rack City off the top 10 easily.
Either that or they're trying out a new marketing strategy: pick a hot song to release as lead single, get hype for album, release album as close to single date as possible. It's unlikely though.
