2 there are 18 songs and 3 of them are meaningful, that doesnt make an album good.
3 Mr Carter is random punchlines.
I just wanted to say that my problem is more with the flow than the lyrics, and I know for a fact a lot of people feel the same way cause the lyrics on C3 weren't that good.

Honestly I do like C4, and I fucked with it for a while, but compared to his other works, it's just lacking. I like every song on it, but not because as a whole there good, I like em for the scattered amazing lines. But as a whole a lot of the songs just fail.

lyrically carter 2> carter 3. Not even close. the step forward he took in his appeal and popularity was also a step back lyrically. I think a lot of people need to go back and listen closely to how he put his lines together on C2 then listen to carter 3. From a technicial perspective carter 2 is much better. also carter 2 is critically acclaimed among most critics whereas only some consider carter 3 worthy of critical acclaim
