if you were in a room with a lawyer (people who are supposed to be "smart") and they continuously ask you OBVIOUS ASS QUESTIONS, you'd get irritated and pissed off too. Judges and lawyers, at the end of the day, are HUMAN BEINGS, they ain't bigger or better than anyone else in this world. THEY AIN'T GOD. It's people out here who enforce the law that do worse than answer questions the way wayne did. "he can't save you in the real world" doesn't have to be a threat. Wayne could just be saying that, outside of this room, this judge can't help you, he can't jump in when things in your life go wrong. The lawyer was obviously looking for the judge to step in and make wayne cooperate and answer his dumb ass questions. Wayne can't get in trouble for that statement because he even says that it was a threat. regardless of how truthful it was, they can't arrest him because it wasn't a blatant. There are so many ways you can break down what that statement COULD mean that they have no real argument/evidence to get wayne in trouble. PLUS THIS WAS IN JUNE, IF THEY WERE GOING TO GO AFTER TUNE THEY WOULD HAVE ALREADY. I think some people are just mad at wayne because they don't have the back bone to stand up to people. Being politically correct ALL THE TIME will get you no where in life.
