They don't talk about Emmett in school, maybe if they did then people wouldn't be so outraged, I've heard rappers say much more offensive punchlines.

so he didnt rap the line for that reason

he did it cause he can say what the fuck he wants to

they better not make him change it
Naw He Said It Cuz He Thought It Was A Cold/Clever Line But It Really Wasn't. Then To Make It Worse He Laughed After Sayin It..... So Would It Be Okay If Wayne Made A Line Using Trayvon Martin ? That Shit Would Never Be Taken Off Every Station & Everything YMCMB Besides Drake Would Be Boycotted. Wayne Crossed The Line. That's like Him Using MLK getting shot as a metaphor for his killing Niggaz lines and using scopes. This Was Wrong In Every Shape & Form Even For Lil Wayne...... And it's black history months smh he knew civil rights ppl and the NAACP would be all over this

I have always been a fan of Lil Wayne, Nas, Jay-z, Pac etc.. However that line was over the border. Maybe because I'm 27 years old who has matured to a man. Lil Wayne owe the family an apology PERIOD. That's just like someone dissing your deceased parent in a horrific way who has the power touch masses. It's not like a I hate you by an individual but imagine if millions can hear someone talking about your deceased parent. Come On ppl he should at least apologize. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ALBUM IF HE DOESN'T.. Fu** the music, I can respect you as a man that doesn't have integrity, values, morals, embracing your heritage etc.. He should Apologize.

No preventing the grind I gotta get it. I'll admit it to the game, true player no quitting. There u go shitting on the way a ni**a thinking. The only history I know is Benjamin Franklin..... Lil Wyane

Imma Lil Wayne fan and I can defend him everytime I want to but this line was very wrong. Admit it.

I know he said it on the Swizzy record too but then it wasn't acceptable neither but I get your point, why is everyone coming at him like that now.

One of the main reasons I like Wayne is because he's too raw.. But this line and "Then we eat each other up like some Somalians" are just too damn disrespectful...
