If Wayne is for in fact doing this for a publicity stunt, this proves he's fallen off. He should definitely be doing that with good quality music like the Old Wayne but sadly those days are clearly over.

It was not a public stunt.. that's now some damage control by NBA imo. He was being blackballed and blew up on them.....he was suppose to participate at the NBA dunk contest and perform with Alicia Keys and the NBA pulled him out. This is before the Fuck NBA.
