I'll develop what i mean. The judge will have to look at the case closely, in this he will want to know who , financially gave more to the business, wayne is the business. Im talking figures, power in a sense of numbers, in todays world, fortunately you cant just say i own 51-0ut of 100 therefore its mine, the judge will look through the numbers to see whos money weighs more inside this business... in terms of drugs. Wayne can say he had epiliepsy which was endorsed due to the stress of babys control over him, wayne felt like a dog under a master, drugs were his only escape , not to mention how many q0p's of people babys fucked over. If there is bad blood wayne will wipe the floor with him , supposedly on what we know as of now,if not wayne will settle.
Wayne was rich before he even grew into a young man, wayne could argue hes been scared of baby all these years.. but anyway shit aint gonna go that far anyway

In 2012 Wayne agreed to 4 more solo albums and a duet album. Wayne gets 10mil advance for each solo album plus 8mil when delivered and another 2mil upon completion. That means Wayne should get 20mil for each album recorded. so in total 80 million dollars.

Birdman has not been paying Wayne for a long time.

a) $8mil for CarterV payments, not letting YM to audit Cash Money's accounting books, & knowingly not givng copywright to YM for IANAHB2.

b) $5mil for not giving YM quarterly payments of 200k, and $1mil for escrow payments,and bsaically not taking care of YM royalties

c) $13mil for unjustly enriching Cash Money and YM not gaining anything

d) $25mil for Young Money to end contract and Wayne end contract with Cash Money

e) also more $$$ to be determined at trial

f) & Cash Money has to give accounting info to Carter & YM

g) Wants Cash Money to place Wayne Carter as joint owner of IANAHB2 & c5

Juelz and Wayne always said it was delayed because of label politics and Birdman knew he would only get a small cut of the profit of an album he wasn't a part of.

look how many collab albums Wayne wanted to do with different artists, what was released? Like Father Like Son with Baby. And Birdman kept saying that LFLS2 was definitely happening.
