totally noticed..
not sure bout the reason tho.. maybe it has been the producers.. you know the spotlight thang and they might wanna promote other featured rappers coz waynes already gotten more than enough attention so they want these rapper to have longer verses and even get less than what weezy gets.. just a thought that came up when i saw this topic :p

It is most likely a combination of people not wanting to spend as much on his verse, as long as it says "ft. Lil Wayne" that's already a bunch more intriguing, them not wanting to get out done by his verse, and him not putting his best into other people's work. Except of course when he spits for YMCMB it doesn't apply.

Also WeEzYNo1FaN your lyrics are to my knowledge incorrect in your sig. The last line should be parlay not party(parlay is French for something, either communicate or chill with).

Wayne's verse on a featuring is understandably getting shorter, 'cause the label doesn't want to depend on a verse from Wayne.
