Nah I wouldn't say that. I'm pretty sure that there's quotes just like these about other rappers (Ye, Em, Hov, etc.) Quotes really don't prove anything as far as being the best.. Quotes are just quotes.

I enjoyed reading this. This is a good collection of quotes.
I really do think anyone who talks mad shit on wayne doesnt really love/understand rap/hip hop.
In fact, when I thought shit was dead, Wayne took shit I hated and made me love it (other people's beats/tired subjects/over used slang).
