This thread isn't pointless? This is discussion. This has never been talked about.
But I think that its pretty big words to say. Pac is thought of as one of the best rappers ever. I don't really feel his songs, but I understand his influence and whatnot in rap. And I could kinda see how people could compare Wayne and Pac. That both released albums in jail. Both had that "I'll do what I want" mentality. And much more. Wayne is much better than Pac though imo.

Okay then lolz.
IMO Wayne is better than Pac. And to me Wayne is the New Pac in loads of ways.
But I feel like there wont be a "New Pac" just the same way that there wont be a new Wayne. Just equivelants.
So I think that Wayne was basically just saying he was in the same position as Pac was or whatever. Plus hes the greatest out like Pac was.Comment

So many discussions about this have been made (not here though, just in general), but IMO, 2Pac > Wayne. Pac had a such huge influence in Rap/Hip-Hop. And in my eyes, as great as Wayne is, I don't see him at the same level as Pac.

album sales have nothing to do with "being the new pac".. 2pac is on such a higher level than wayne. he's one of the biggest influences in hip hop history. he wasn't even just a good rapper, he was an amazing poet and writer. he actually had meaningful messages in most of his songs. not really trying to argue, just stating my opinionOriginally posted by Mr Xclusive View Postalbum in jail
