    Re: Changed lil wayne wtf?

dude, you are the most retarded on this forum I've ever seen -No one wants him to change that much, ya got it all wrong. We just a lil tired of the same Wayne, and we just wants him to do some deep shit, to hear some new Wayne. And why it all started was because we got that Light Up Remix verse, and thought Wayne did a crazy job, and wanted to see more like that. So GTFO with that shit.

If Wayne carries on rapping only about the same things over and over and over I'm sure he'll lose respect and fans. I was getting fed up of Wayne rapping about the same thing every song recently. It has gotten to the point you could predict his verse on a song before you've heard it.

People want more subject, content and passion back into the lyrics which he lost a lil' before he went in because he clearly ran out of things to rap about or rushed his verses because of jail.

Yea, no one really wants him 2 change dat much. I personally waz tired of his vocoder/ too much singing and not nuff hard rappin. I enjoy most of all his styles. But ppl just want him 2 go back 2 murderin MC. which he will, confident in dat. besides, quit gettin angry on wat other ppl want. everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

you really want lines like ''I fuck the hoe good, I still get money, I smoke Weed good, I still get money, I talk shit good, I still get money, hand me some Heroin, I still get money, Young money bitch, yeah we got money''

& I don't think all his songs will be deep, that will get boring then

pretty sure we'll never get lines as wack as that

& wayne doing deeper songs is a good thing. i've personally been wanting him to do some for a long time.. but he's always fucking with the punchlines.

If you go through all his albums and mixtapes, he's constantly growing and evolving; changing his flow or diction. Now had he stayed with the same exact flow as his first album, would he be as big as he is now? Could be but I doubt it. I personally would like to hear Wayne on a track in which is he isn't high on, just to see what he can do with it. Part of us wanting Wayne to change is the same as him wanting to experiment with the "rock" sound. He did it because he wanted to evolve more as an artist.

I agree that his one line raps are a little repetitive and can hurt a song that had the potential to be great, simply because we have heard it so many times in so may forms. If you really sit back and listen to his music, especially lately, he repeats subjects or even parts of older songs (like in Bill Gates, Popular, etc.) a lot. One thing that I think we are love is that Wayne puts out song after song, but the only down side of this is that he isn't changing up his flow for each song; therefore, sounding repetitive.
                  Damn bro, amazing point.

                      Re: Changed lil wayne wtf?

It's not that I want him to change a WHOLE lot, it's just that I wish he'd focus more on songs. I remember back in 2009 from like April 'til Wasted and Swag Surf leaked besides a couple songs (Steady Mobbin', Told Y'all, Troublemaker, etc.), I thought Wayne was kinda falling; So Sharp verse for example was horrible imo.

Then we got No Ceilings and after that mixtape we got heat:
Stupid Wild, Move The Damn Thing
                      Scared Money, Inkredible
                      Drip, Willy Wonka
                      Small Thing To A Giant, W. T. F.
                      Blood Niggaz, 4 My Town
Fed Up, Back To The Money (Remix)

While these were absolutely great verses they don't really "prove" Wayne, I guess you could say. Us as fans rate these songs above what they really are to a average listener. I guess us wanting change is wanting better for Wayne in a way, so he can really be noticed outside of "our world" as the best rapper alive. Of course we want our fav rapper to succeed and we want others to notice how great he is. That's why we get so excited about him writing so he can spit straight thought out heat which I believe will make his music better.

"Ok you want me up in a cage, then I'll come out in beast mode"
Wayne himself thinks we'll get a changed Wayne. So why wouldn't we??
"Armed and dangerous, rich and famous, young and restless
                      Guns and stretchers
                      Cristal and dubs for breakfast
I just got one suggestion - none should test him
'Cause cuz get hectic; send one through your sons intestines
Glocks knock lungs from chests, you get the portrait?
Bodies piled up on porches, it won't be gorgeous"

Wayne needs to go deep sometimes.. Once he does that he will be regarded as the best. 90% of people think Em is better than Wayne because he sings about real shit like hip-hop is supposed to be.

I Couldn't Disagree More, Most Rappers Talk About Money Cars Clothes And Hoes... So Only A Hand Pick Of People Are Actually Hip-Hop Artists.
