Thats Empire's mixtape. Most likely the song will leak before that mixtape releases.

Smoke like 2 blunts to the face june 21'st fuck with a couple bad bitches, and listen to the carter 4, i feel every song is gonna be different and a classic lil wayne song, people could say all they want about carter 3, but it had some classic lil wayne songs, and different from most of his stuff . I never heard a lil wayne song like misunderstood. And i hope Anne could be the best song on the album, because that song has potential to be a game changer because its so different from the regular lil wayne songs.
