First off, if you don't like punchline songs you shouldn't really be a fan of Wayne to begin with. And 6'7' is the only one of those songs 100% confirmed to be on the album. So don't judge before you listen
Yeah I know he is a punchline rapper, but the old Weezy could make a punchline song AND keep the "red thread".
I wanted Tha Carter 4 to be 100% original, with songs only Wayne could come up with...
Not songs that I've already heard before.
6'7 -> A Milli
John -> Im Not A Star
Maybe She Will -> Poppin Bottles (not sure though)
wayne will always rap like this, he always has. Even on c1 and c2. In the albums tho he always has bits of his personal life or topics on songs. But wayne isn't some cry baby emotional rapper about to release some "lets hold hands and cry together because i went to jail" eminem type single.
If you don't like it you can gtfo...thats goes fo cli city, ajberg, pux and whoever. If u just realising this as a wayne fan, please go listen to eminem talk about raping animals or whatever the hell he does.
