You seriously can't see any other way to promote his album? At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they push it back.

well im sure the owner of this site isn't lil wayne, someone in young money, or universal so it's still a rumor until it gets comfirmed. I wouldn't be shocked either if it got pushed back but it doesn't change the fact that's it's most likely just a rumor that someone made up.

if i owned this site & said "lil wayne is dead" but it's not confirmed by the news or anyone connected to wayne would you believe such bullshit?

You act like once someone says something it will be publicly announced within hours..for all that we know it could be announced a week before the CD drops. Didn't that happen to rebirth? It was pressed and sent out to all the major resellers and they delayed it last minute?

A delay and a death aren't on the same degree lol, but if you owned a site and had contact with Lil Wayne's team, yes I would believe you. Word usually spreads internally before the masses hear about it through the news.

several hip hop blogs are saying its gotten pushed back....I'd rather it gets pushed back.... I want c4 to rule the summer, and i want like 7 or so songs to leak so he gets back in there are records more...

Hmm we should get a new single soon if that "John" track was just promo or if it was a single then we're going to have to wait till June possibly. Guessing this from their single pattern so far, every 3 months.

If its pushed back thats fine with me. Summer might even be better. I dont fuss about shit like this...its coming and thats that. The anticipation and hype building = great. Oh and its gonna build reallly fast in the coming month or 2

If that happens then he will just take out all of the best songs like he did with C3 (La La La, Pray To The Lord, Trouble, Rider, I'm A Beast, Brand New) and then it will be a struggle to still come out with a classic album. I'd rather him release a OFFICIAL C4 sessions mixtape AFTER the release of Tha Carter IV or before.
