Anyone else glad of the new sober Wayne

Well I know i dont actually know the guy but in his latest interviews and of course his songs he seems so much more with it and is actually really quite funny in his interviews, the only thing that does seemed to have happened is that the soberiety has killed off his love of autotune, now there are the haters but i did like the stuff he did with it but his new stuff is fiahhh (ignoring the mike posner song that is ), but what you guys think, drugged up wayne or sober..

tbh.. i think its the same ol weezy, ive always bumped the music some of the fans in this forum talked down upon, i like his verses i really dont see the change from high to sober.. he STILL killing it IMO

i just feel that hes just hungrier bcuz hes been away so long, he wants to reclaim his tittle, i dont think it has anything to do with him bein high or not cuz if u think about it... alot of his songs that we praise were from wen he was high to the sky lol

but like i sed thats just me and my opinion im sure alot of yall feel different

I like em both but its funny because you hearing a sober lil wayne you can tell when he is sober and not sober now by his voice...but idk if he was sober from the beginning i don't think he could of wrote "i feel like dieing" or "pussy money weed" i like em both but its just interesting listening to old songs and noticing that he was sober when he recorded it and others he was fucked up

There's no difference its all wayne except now he sounds more hungry which makes the music of better quality. And ofcourse he's in a better mood now and what TC said.

Depends to me Hustle hard verse would of been more in a singing type raw wezzy rap which coulda been good 2, but the just str8 spitting and clairity in his voice makes it dat much better.

Just think about it...He made, Carter I, Carter II, Carter II, Drought 3, Dedication II and No Ceilings while being high....

He also made rebirth, and IANAHB when he was high....

So if you look at it, being high changes nothing...The reason Wayne is not who he was back then is because he is not who he was back then...He is richer, more successful and doesnt really have to prove that in his rhymes..You can tell that Wayne is non chalant in the booth before when he was going for the throne he spit nothing but flames..now a days he is just having fun spitting because he can.....Thats why i am waiting on tha carter IV to really see if wayne can bring it when he has to
