Personally, yes on a positive note.

..But I'm influenced and entertained more by what musicians say & perform, while under the influnce of almost anything.
WHen he sipped.. He's music was untouchable.
When he smoked, his words, flow, and persona was free. Thus gaining countless piercings, tattoos, & raw, uncut, classic mixtape material.

With that being said.. We won't have the same feel as Drought is Over Series had.. but more of a sober No Ceilings on steroids. lol

But I'm cool with either Wayne so it's whatever.

TBH I still think he is blowing it down. I mean alot of pictures you see he looks high, hes mentioning weed in his songs, on ESPN today he was definately high, guys its Lil Wayne he could easily get away with smoking while on probation.

he didnt seem high on ESPN & he is definitely sober... you can tell it in his voice

His eyes were red and low. And when your high on weed your voice doesn't change that much, his voice only sounded like that before prison cuz the syrup

Your voice does not change from smoking weed. I mean come on.. and maybe if you smoked for 30 + years.
Listen to that wasted recording for no ceilings and you can tell he's using some type of voice fixer to change it.

But when he was sippin lean, prime time. If people tell you being fucked up on drugs doesn't affect your music, that's bullshit.
Why do you think so many great artists were drug addicts? When I smoke and want to write lyrics, it's much easier and you think of way more creative shit..
And when he was sippin lean, he was so tired it may have made him sound different but his voice is the same.
