Eminem is the highest selling rapper of ALL TIME
Eminem holds the records for the most amount of albums sold first week in rap HISTORY
Recovery has already outold Carter 3 in the US AND worldwide in one year

There's no way possible Wayne will outsell Eminem first week

Thats the only thing Wayne has a chance of beating Em at. The first week sales. Rest is impossible

I think Wayne can beat Ems first week, but not overall.
Remember that Eminem only had one single (Not Afraid) before he released his album. And Not Afraid didn't even have a music video by then. Imagene if Em had made a video for Not Afraid and then had Love The Way You Lie as his 2 single before the album dropped. He would have done a milli.

I hope Waynes 2 single is more radio friendly and cachy.

Btw, here is Ems sales to fa in the US:

Regardless of the numbers. Wayne should make C4 a solid album musically. At least he has something to fall back on. I dont think hes gonna gamble with C4 like he did with C3 and release lot of mainstream tracks. A bit like MBDTF.

I couldn't agree more! I hope he does that with CIV. With CIII he was trying to get his popularity up, but in 2011 he'll sell just off of being Lil' Wayne. We need a solid album and I think we're gonna get it.

I just got one suggestion - none should test him

Em had like 5.3 million sales when I looked it up several months ago. CIV won't even see that.

Aye, on another note I'm not sure about sales but I'm Not A Human Being has actually stuck around the top 40 for a decent amount of time, for what it is anyway
