He's top 5 all day and there are plenty of arguments for putting wayne @ #1.

If you asked me this back when carter 3 was fresh, I woulda called him the best because he was really the first rap artist to get me to follow his words. I used to listen to rap only for the beat and the flows, but wayne made me LISTEN, and I will always respect this dude for that. But lately, on the recent features and shit, I feel like he isn't even trying. I remember when every song this dude was in was a fuckin banger, JUST because he was in it. You turn the music up when it get to him lol But nowadays, it's like, I'll play a song he in one or 2 times and be done with it. idk, to me he just ain't in the music like he used to be.

But the fact that I listen to every new song this nigga is in, speaks volumes, because if I really didn't like his music, I wouldn't listen to him at all! Even that how to love bullshit that I hate, I STILL GAVE IT A FEW LISTENS. And won't even change the dial if I hear it on the radio, even though I really don't like the song! To me, that's the genius of wayne. I don't like everything this nigga do, but I make it a point to listen to anything he put out because he weezy!

Top 10? Maybe, but he one of the greatest of all time whether you like it or not....
