I thought there was an interview or whatever where someone said they were going to release it after CIV so I think it should come this or next month

otherwise it will interfere with the CIV sales or some shit

Erm not sure about that one, didn't see it if there was. But still it should be being done really... I hope it is. I check on Amazon once a week to see if it's up for pre-order.
