But that was made BEFORE jail. Therefore, can't count on that = wayne has fallin' off (so far).
The whole thing, or just that verse everyone mentions? Also, he had a bit of time before jail and after NC to make songs, so it'd still be "since No Ceilings."
Lil Wayne, Drake, Chance the Rapper, Skooly, Rich Homie Quan, 2 Chainz.
I don't consider No Ceilings a cut off point..he was falling off before then...His music isn't as good and autentic...and his verse seem very lazy and repetitive...Hopefully Carter IV can show me that he can still deliver a well thought out project....
OffTopic......: Wayne killed that Sure Thing Beat...
Wayne has never fallen off. i loved No Cielings,i loved Rebirth, and i love Sorry 4 Tha Wait. he just changed his rap style. He was more lyrical before but it seems he just loves throwin out punchlines these days.
Anyone who says he fell off is retarded. May have fell off of your playlist , but not music. I'm Not A Human Being Went to 1st I think with no promo , and he was locked up
MOST of his fans think he fell off, look at the weezy madness the top 8 songs left NONE are beyond the carter 3. It's been 3 years since then, I rest my case
