Funny thing is I was a big time Wayne fan a year before the albums release, it was Wayne at the height of his career, and he executed it quite well except for Lollipop and Got Money.

And I agree with BlakeJay. But I also agree with him kind of not trying. I dont think hes just lost it, but I think hes put in so much work since the first Carter that he just needs a break. And not that one he took in prison. He needs a real break. Because honestly hes put in more work than a lot of peoples whole careers in a few years. Like...most of his mixtapes could be albums. I think now he just needs a rest. But then again, i think he got so popular due to his punchlines that thats all he cares about most, so he doesnt try like he did before.

yeah i agree with him not trying sometimes i guess. When he needs to show what he can do, he does it. Like whenever he gets on a track with Eminem he knows he gotta step up, and comes up with some of his best verses (Drop the World, No Love)
