How you gonna tell me how it is where I'm from? Lol. A lot of the hood niggas ain't fucking with him, but those ppl don't buy albums anyway. Everybody else still fucks with him, all the mainstream listeners. I'm not saying that tracklist ISN'T official, but there has been no official word on it. A lot of ppl will order off iTunes, and they have no tracklist up.Being "busy" doing other things is no excuse, every artist puts out a legit tracklist to the consumers in advance of the album, if you aren't an internet hip hop head you have no idea what's going to be on the album. As if it would even be a tough task, that would take a few mins out of the day. Yall make too many excuses for Wayne and his team, the promo is pretty bad no matter how you slice it. The VMA shit is a great idea, but other than that they are being sloppy in other areas.

And that's not entirely true. Some artists don't release their tracklists officially, but they're put up on like Itunes preorder or Amazon preorder (which is where Tha Carter IV tracklist is). But yes you're right. Usually these days, artists release their tracklists in advance. Tbh, I consider mel smith's word to be official, whether you do or not is you're choice. If that's the case, you'll just have to be patient and wait. The world won't end tomorrow

I think part of the reason they haven't really came out and said, yea this is the official thing, is because they want to keep people guessing maybe? "She Will" is bout to hit the radio in the next couple days and if you know anything about the south it's all about they "hype" and whats latest.
Ppl down here only need a week to get hype and buy the album and C4 is set to do just that... Can they do better yes, but it's all good homie. Chill ten days

Well if it's coming out on the 29th it's well past the date of changing anything, so they know exactly what the album is front to back. His team should've put it out, but really thats not SO bad..the fact that How To Love has no video is what's baffling to me. They also should've put out she will a couple weeks earlier, because it's really not going to have time to catch steam before the album drops. By the time it starts getting heavy rotation on the radio it might be a couple days before the album. Like I said, as long as it's out on the 29th I don't care..but this shit is just sketchy to me.

No one gives a fuck about first week sales. Overall sales is what counts and where the money is. Say c4 only does 400k first week, 2 weeks later it could be at 2 mill. So stfu and enjoy the ride motherfucker. Carter 4 gunna blow up, and be another classic album from the Carter series.

Unplugged should've been nearer release date
6'7' was released 9 months ago

only thing is Wayne is touring a fuck load, but only in the U.S. so he'll sell next to nothing outside the US.
