A real quick rating for each of the songs after listening to it for the whole day for the first time:

01. Intro 7/10 sick beat, flow is tight, lyrics are meh
02. Blunt Blowin 10/10 only song I listened to when it leaked, it's one of my favorites
03. MegaMan 9.5/10 yeah he is going in like a motherfucker
04. 6 Foot 7 Foot (feat. Cory Gunz)
05. Nightmares Of The Bottom 8.5/10 might get a little higher, feeling the beat, lyrics are great
06. She Will (feat. Drake) 8/10 pretty typical und expectable but actually some dope lines, sick beat, sick hook ofc
07. How To Hate (feat. T-Pain) 7.5/10
08. Interlude (feat. Tech N9ne) No Wayne lol
09. John (feat. Rick Ross)
10. Abortion 8.5 pretty creative, fun and chill song
11. So Special (feat. John Legend) 6.5 this has yet to grow on me, John L. is a beast though
12. How To Love
13. President Carter 10/10 basically best song on the album, the lyrics, flow and beat are unbelievable
14. Its Good (feat. Drake & Jadakiss) 9/10 all 3 going in pretty hard, the shots at Hova are dope
15. Outro (feat. Bun B, Nas, Shyne & Busta Rhymes)
Deluxe Edition:
16. I Like the View 9/10 love the beat and flow(one of the sickest flows on the album imo, lyrics are okay
17. Mirror (ft. Bruno Mars) 9.5/10 another one of my favorites, sick hook and the lyrics are outstanding
18. Two Shots 10/10 one of the best songs, old Weezy, yay
19. Up, Up & Away (iTunes Bonustrack) 8.5/10 sure the lyrics are whatever but the rest is great

02. Blunt Blowing- 8/10 insane beat,great flow,decent lyrics. Typical Wayne song.
03. MegaMan- 5/10 the bit is too monotonous and lyrics were shitty
04. 6 Foot 7 Foot (feat. Cory Gunz)- Old song,not gonna comment on it
05. Nightmares Of The Bottom 7/10- Wayne thinks it's a poem.. but it's not. His voice sounds weird on it but the beat is awesome. Also his lyrics were supposed to be deep on a song like this.. but they're not.
06. She Will (feat. Drake) 6/10- Too damn hyped for nothing. Drake came with a lame hook,Wayne's lyrics were weak.
07. How To Hate (feat. T-Pain) 2/10- Worst song on the album. T-Pain's hook was too damn long and too autotuned. Also Wayne didn't rapped much on the song.
08. Interlude (feat. Tech N9ne) No Wayne.
09. John (feat. Rick Ross) 5/10 I was tempted to give it a 3/10 but the beat is really awesome.
10. Abortion 7.5/10 too bad there's nothing about abortion actually.. but the it's awesome.
11. So Special (feat. John Legend) 4/10 Besides John Legend's chorus the song sucked because of Wayne's lyrics.
12. How To Love 9/10-I don't like his singing,but it's awesome and lyrics are pretty good.
13. President Carter 8.5/10- Because he didn't talked too much about what he was supposed to. The speech at the end was on the subject atleast...
14. Its Good (feat. Drake & Jadakiss) 4/10- Only 1 verse of Wayne? Hah.. you gotta be kidding me.
15. Outro (feat. Bun B, Nas, Shyne & Busta Rhymes)- No Wayne.
16. I Like the View 4/10- Shitty lyrics,decent beat,shitty flow.
17. Mirror (ft. Bruno Mars) 9.5/10- best song on the album,he stayed on the subject,lyrics were deep.
18. Two Shots 1/0- Really shitty beat,shitty lyrics,shitty flow. This song should've been taken out in the cutting room.

She Will-7.5/10 Beat and Hook carry this song.
How To Hate-2/10
Interlude-9/10 Finally, best track on the album by miles. Andre's verse is cray and Tech rips this beat.
John-6/10 Didn't mind this track.
Abortion 6/10 Ehh
So Special-4/10 Lol, wasn't feeling it
How To Love-2/10 , Utter trash.
President Carter-7.5/10 Overrated but nice bars at the end
It's Good-5/10 Drake killed this shit, Wayne and Jada were ehhh.
Outro-8.5 Damn, Bun, Nas and Busta went HAM. Nas was beast on this. Bun set the bar damn high, Busta killed it as usual.
