I feel Wayne showed more Creativity on C3, and that's why it stands out so much, and neither of them are what I'm looking for lyrically, though they both are great to listen to, and have good moments, and bad moments...But C3 just had a great feeling when i listened to it. Some songs on C4 didn't live up to the hype for me...like "So Special", could've been executed so much better, Wayne's rapping doesn't go well with John Legend for me...and do people like hearing a punchline throughout the WHOLE intro????...that's not how an album should start off to me and imo 3 Peat >>>>...if u want to connect the intro with the interlude and the outro, nas had the best verse...either way C2>>both lol...C3 will remain his biggest commercial success even after C4(first week)...C3 is just >>>>> than C4 to me
C3 wasn't a very good album to me, C4 repeats the same rap style that C3 introduced, but executed better imo. So it's like, C4 seems "done before" because C3 introduced this style of Wayne, however Wayne came so much better lyrically, and brought along some of the best features we've seen recently from ANY hip hop album. C3 doesn't come close to C4 for me, not even sure how some ppl enjoy C3 so much but thats just me.

I could see why you would think that. I understand he wanted to do c3 again, and this is basically a modern version of that to me. His lyrics being better could be argued on some songs, yeah......but any impact is gone. It's like, yeah he showin us tricks but they from the same bag.
A bunch of played out predictable punchlines really that's all C4 is.
Don't get me wrong it had some nice lines but that "Supa Dupa flow" is way too overused on this album. I think every song on this album he uses that flow.
C3>C4
