Ok when you see that most of the extra tracks that did not make the cut were better the ones that did, and we know this was Cortez Bryant's fault, should he be fired for fucking up a legendary album? If those extra tracks would have made the cut this would have been the best album of all time!!!

I don't think it's only tez's fault, wayne should have been more involved in the making of the album. We all now that tez is his best friend so he's not gonna fire him, but maybe he should get new people around him that knows more about music and we all know that's not going to happend...

No, he should stay. Without him wayne won't sell a million on C3, and the way he had the best tracks on the deluxe is to get more money, and the album leaks 3 days away which is a great job. The way the album is promo is great and I beleive the album with get alot of sells.

Tez is a good manager overall.

Having GREAT bonus tracks means more sales of the MORE EXPENSIVE album, meaning more profit. Also putting different tracks on different albums will allow them to make a small amount more profit.

Meh they did fuck up abit, I hate to think of what the other 20 tracks sound like, if they are a lot better than the tracks that made CIV then it will be a bit of a fuck up. In terms of strategy yea it's good putting the betta tracks on Deluxe for better sales on the more dear edition, but still I reckon out of the 40 odd tracks that were sent over for CIV there was probably better ones than that made the final cut that could have ultimately made it a better album.
