Am I the only one who feels that Wayne has improved as a rapper since Carter II, especially post jail? In my opinion, Wayne's flow was still evolving during the carter 2 era, and really came into itself by the time Wayne did carter 3. For instance, (in my opinion once again) he killed 'you ant got nothin on me' and '3 peat' harder than anything in C2.

Then I really think he uped his game after jail. My reason being his flow is (in my opinion) more aggressive, and in reality (no longer my opinion) more on beat than no ceilings. If you have someone with a music degree listen to no ceilings and sorry 4 the wait back to back they would tell you that Wayne follows the beat alot tighter in sorry 4 the wait.

Wayne says in the outro for sorry 4 the wait that "he would do it like hes never done it" when he got out of jail, and I see what he's talking about. I've been a big Wayne fan for 5 years now, and I love carter 2, and I honestly feel that post-jail Wayne is the best we've got.

Oh, and I do feel that he is the best rapper alive. May I add that his free stuff receives more downloads, and his albums receive more sales than any other rapper (for whatever reason that may be....eh hem)

If being the biggest in the game since C2, being my favourite rapper , being the best mixtape rapper ever, and that he (atleast in my opinnion) sat on the actual throne of the best rapper from the suffix - No Ceilings fills the criteria of being the greatest, then yes. yes he is.

If not, then not. that simple.

Of course he' s the best rapper alive. I mean i can't take away nothing from jay and em cuz they can spit I mean come up with words and metaphors like no one else can. With that said so can weezy. But how many free songs and mixtape with good quality music has jay or anybody else put out. Everybody hating on wayne cuz they know he is the best because they are cared to admitted it.
