1: We had already heard 6foot7foot, John, How To Love, She Will and Nightmares Of The Bottom when C4 dropped...
2: The lyrics were pretty much about bitches, fame and money OVER AND OVER AGAIN like we didnt have enough of that shit from him already.
3: Bad beats appeared, like he forgot the fact that he was making a new extremely wanted CARTER album. I mean you cant even compare the Megaman beat to Shoot Me Down or Mr. Carter

I was blown away by the outro on President Carter tho. And Mirror was dope, but he just HAD to fuck it up a little bit on the last verse when he started with his attitude in the middle of it all like "I even look good in a broken mirror". Pretty sad those are the only two emotional, deep and amazing lyrics I can think of from the whole album.

All in all I really enjoyed C4, but it's FAR away from a classic imo and won't come close the previous carters.

they're suppose to be on the album
the only reason most dont make it is cause they didnt chart well enough
and we had juss heard She Will like two weeks before
it wasnt that long haha

I really liked C4 but i had a couple disapointments. 1 was there was no track where he just went in hard like "Weezys Ambitions" or "Cannon". I think everyone wanted to see at least 1 song like that, similar to the title track on "Sorry 4 the Wait". I dont think "MegaMan" blew anyones mind lyrically. 2 was there was no great collaboration. Ross and wayne had good chemistry on "John" but i was looking for a "Shooter" type feature. The Bruno Mars and John Legend songs were good but i didnt feel the chemistry. PLUS... why didnt Wayne at least throw a verse on "Interlude" or "Outro"???

What are you talking about? I wasnt complaining about the singles appearence on C4 or how early they came out. Neither were I asking for a lesson about why Singles dont make it to albums. I was plain and simlpe saying we had already heard too many songs when C4 finally dropped. 2 singles and not all those pushbacks would do the work

Agreed. I mean they were definately pressured to push out a single after he got out, but they took WAY too long to put out the album. Hopefully Waynes halfway through his next project, instead of just jumping on verses, announcing an album, then start working on it and push it back for months.
