        Wayne is Top 30, no doubt. A few years ago, he was the best, period. Nowadays, he's doing a lot of shit, but he deserve recognition for what he does from 2000-2008. Like, he's able to be one of the greatests, but now he's not so interested in make good HIP HOP. But like I said, the 2000-2008 Wayne was simply amazing. Let me think a lil' bit about that Top 50.
