With no disrespect to Rick Ross and all the others on that list but if Wayne aint in the top 3 then you know there sumin wrong with that list. My top 3 if I could choose would be 1. Tunechi 2. Eminem and 3. Kanye. In my opinion that's the 3 best right there. Wayne should win it though purely based on sales even though I know thats not how the voting goes. But guess we'll have to wait until Feb 19th.
