(Develop, Streetrunner, T Mix & Batman, Mannie Fresh)..those guys that make real hip hop beats (Kanye West,David Banner, J Cole, and Just Blaze) and the dope ass new niggas (Hit Boy, Kane Beatz 40)

Get features that make sense......it helps the music sound organic.....no YM (Maybe a Drake feature on a 40 beat...just dope ass rappers that are on Wayne's level and the niggas that Wayne should be rapping again....(R&B hook get Frank Ocean)

Atleast 17 tracks......

No more than two tracks without a hook and a milli sounding

Wayne should play apart in the creation of every song...no more of this oh shit I had this record for 10 years...and no body ever used it...then add two verses and call it your record....

I want a classic. I want singles similar to Hustler Musik, Earthquake, Fireman, and A Milli, not How To Love, Lollipop, etc. I want at least 1 Mannie Fresh produced song, I miss when Wayne wen over Fresh beats.

Dope features are important, I would love to see Eminem, J Cole, Frank Ocean, Meek Mill, The Weekend, Jay.

I want a storytelling and conceptual Lil Wayne. C4 was dope to me, but it sounded too rushed as hell, and all over the place. But because he has time now and he is not putting out lots of music, i have a feeling he will drop a classic on C5... that "okay so you niggas think im done and over". I dont think with his ego, he is ready to have people compare his greatness to Drake and Tyga's albums.. even worse to his main opponents Watch The Throne. I swear I laughed at some of the things on your list. But I completely agree!

And instead of 17 songs, should be more like 21 songs. That's how the 1st two carter's were.
He needs to do dope ass Intro, Interlude and Outros. That was just pathetic how he had guest feats on C4 on the interlude and outro and each of them murdered that shit and made Wayne look like he wouldn't hurt a fly.
And tbh, I'd like to see LESS features, and more solo tracks. I'm tired of his albums being Feature after Feature. Hell, at least a dope ass solo single would be nice. He used to only do 2-3 features on his songs...now ever since Carter III, you only get like 2, if your lucky 3, songs that are solo tracks (not including singles and what not)
