But other than that, I do remember having all the Wayne songs before anyone else in my city, listening to Got Money and thinking "yep, in two weeks people are gonna be bangin' the FUCK out of this song" I remember when Wasted off NC dropped, then Swag Surfin', I remember when The Leak dropped (When i really started fuckin' with Wayne heavy no homo) But i knew Fireman in 8th grade before anyone else. And when every morning i'd wake up, and there's a few Wayne songs that leaked, and were all fire regardless if they were leaked or just released. God....i miss that shit. Now Wayne drops a verse, i listen once and don't even bother to DL it.

Right now bro...Since I'm 22 and maturing more...Music now does the same for me bro...and that's being totally honest..that is why my taste has changed so much...finished college, got a child coming and the message in music is more important. Wayne will always be my favorite hip hop artist..and that era will always be my favorite but am totally satisfied right now with music...Amazing Roots Album, Section 80, Return of 4eva, Rick Ross and everything he does, Ace hood doing his shit...Im loving music...I really fuck with K Dot bro...almost on the level of how I did Wayne..almost...

I like Kendrick Lamar but just like everybody else is saying, nothing will compare to the hype, leaks, how excited we got (still do) when a new mixtape or album is planned, etc. of Weezy at his highest point.

You all obviously missed the point of his post. It was a reply to a post about Wayne's ATTITUDE. Which has nothing to with his music or being the worlds greatest dad, it has to do with his "IDGAF attitude" he used to have. He grew up a bit with age, having more kids, going through something like spending time in jail, etc.
