Hold up, that is a legal nightmare. Because Wayne is using somebody elses beat, and then remixing and releasing it free, thats how a mixtape is free. The minute you charge for it, royalties have to go to the producer, and bunch of others. So how can a store sell any of the Dedications?

There not selling the dedications tho, there selling the CD Case and the coverart, and give you a free Dedication CD for buying the CD Case and coverart. Because your not paying for the music, it's legal.
