i just like albums more than mixtapes...i like how albums are put together (Fly In, Carter II, Fly Out)..as oppose to mixtapes which seem randomly thrown together..i can listen to an album and feel like im reading a book or watching a movie from beginning to end..mixtapes just be all over the place, even tho Wayne was great at that.

Carter II
Example: let say.....I really fuck with Soulja Boy, he's my favorite...but I realize that Nas is way better @ rapping
right?
I understand your points though...C2 sounds way cleaner than Drought 3...mastering and all that shit plays a huge role here

I choose Tha Carter II. More versatile in topics, slightly better lyrics and more soulful beats. Both are terrific projects, no doubt. Drought 3 has better flow and energy. Someone needs to remaster DD3, maybe re-listening to it in a higher quality format will change my views.
