Nah, I don't think he's overshadowed by Wayne. I just think he's underrated and I don't really think he actually wants to be that superstar, he seems like he just wants to sit back, chill, and be the President. I think rapping is more of a hobby for him as of 2007

TBH, I think he just simply doesn't want to release an album. He's making money just by being CEO of Young Money. He could just drop some mixtapes for his fans. But an album? Nah...

Mac Maine is currently content with his role as President of Young Money Ent. I read about these user's opinions of what these artists should do and I shake my head. You dont know the logistics of the music biz. An artist can work for six consistent years and still not be able to generate enough interest inorder to sell more than 1200 records his first week. Mack currently has bigger thing to worry about. He's focusing on trying to make the rest of young money marquee artist like: Wayne, Drake, Nicki and Tyga. Patience is going to serve as the virtue that will take these stars to the upper echelon. It took Wiz from 2002 to 2010 to get where he is now. It took Nicki from 2006 to 2011 to be that marketable bitch!

Depends upon the scale of anticipation for his album and the method of promotion. Is the campaign DYI or is it going to be a chunk of gaup shelled out to a couple street teams, radio promoters, djs, music groups; etc. If Lil Wayne told you on Monday that his album comes out on a Tuesday he wouldnt even do 10k his first week.
