Very weak subject matter and some weak features... To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much after all the delays and after he nearly killed the Dedication series with the third installment. Aside from a few OK puns and bars, this isn't any history. There should have been more features on Mercy (Drake, Tyga, Tyler The Creator?), there weren't any skits to break up the monotony of the mixtape and overall just another mainstream mixtape. If you loved Tha Carter IV or III, I Am Not A Human Being or Sorry 4 The Wait, then get this. But if you're like me and you enjoyed any of Wayne's previous works, then you won't enjoy it.
