Cashed Out was raw as hell especially the 2nd half of it once he says "I'm a made nigga, Makaveli" he just destroys the shit. Green Ranger HONESTLY sounds like something he'd spit in DD3 and I ain't bullshittin...

And about new rappers copying Wayne.. it's pretty obvious. Wayne has too many styles, it's hard NOT to copy at least one of them if you new.. ASAP is an example, you could definitely see the Wayne in some of his lyrics. I know Drake said "these rappers, I eat 'em" or something like that on "Fuckin Problems" with ASAP and Wayne started that "eating rappers" shit.. all these niggas copying Wayne.

I still think Wayne changed the game himself. If yall notice everyone always tryna come up with punchlines and shit now instead of it very occasionally, they all do it.. 2 Chainz, Kanye, Jay-Z, Drake, Big Sean, Cyhi, etc... Nobody did it as much like that til Wayne went crazy with it.. they ALL were influenced by him, old and new rappers.

Million Dollar Baby is the best song ever. It ain't on this mixtape. But it made me realize that there aren't enough Just Blaze-produced Lil Wayne tracks. :-( But that shit was recorded in 2006. So long ago. *Sniffles*

It's not about the year for me, it's about the lack of good rhymes and different kinds of lyrics. The beats and most of the flow is ok but it's not for me all in all. I listen to 2012 Wayne but I don't like D4.
No Ceilings ain't the same.. I like No Ceilings alot, no matter when it dropped.

And to compare it to DD3 is just disrespectful.

                      Well damn.

If the mixtape would have dropped in 07, I still would have hated on it. I know mediocre material when I hear it, and this is obviously mediocre material. Old Wayne isn't cool because he's the rapper who get me into rap, he's not cool because he was at one point my most listened to rapper, he's not cool because of nostalgia, he's not cool because it's old Wayne, he's cool because he was a great fucking rapper who could actually deliver a solid, catchy rap.

D4 isn't solid at all, the mixtape is large gaping hole with shitty beats and subpar lyrics to compliment them. The downloadable version of D4 doesn't even sound good, a fucking fourteen year old with a copy of Garageband could mix a better mixtape.

I agree, this is a step in the right direction. But saying Wayne is even decent now is pushing it. The dude didn't even have the best verse on his own mixtape and got outshined by Flow...

Da Drought 3 DID have wack lines, but those were often cushioned by the great ones. And No Ceilings had a lot of wack lines, and I mean a lot, but it's no where near the mediocrity of D4. Wayne went from treating a beat like it's his own beat, to pretty much re-wording and talking to the beat.

I don't see how you guys say D4 is "dope" or above a 3/10, i'd listen to Sorry 4 The Wait before i'd even force myself to listen to D4, because atleast that sounded like it had good mixing.

Yes, I'm a Wayne hater. I'm on LilWayneHQ, I have a Lil Wayne avy, my favorite two albums are Lil Wayne albums, my favorite mixtapes are Wayne mixtapes, and I at one point listened to Wayne everyday. I'm such a fucking hater that I was even one of the first people to buy Tha Carter III. Damn nigga, i'm a fucking hater and I have 1000s of Wayne songs...

And I love how you say no one cares about the mixing when there were tons of posts about the shitty quality.

And how am are you supposing i'm going to dickride Flow if I say his verse is better than Wayne?

Sorry, but either you're a troll, a child, a fucking idiot, or you have mental illness because your points are literally goddamn retarded.
